NYTimes on Why You Should Row

The New York Times published a wonderful article explaining the health and mental benefits of rowing.

The author of this New York Times article, Tara Murtha, describes how she got into rowing and why. It is an inspiring story that anybody can relate to who has felt like they are stuck in a hamster wheel.

She writes that "Rowing is a rigorous workout for the muscles as well as for mindfulness". That's what we love about rowing: It exercises both your mind and your body. Why go to the gym and meditate after when you can have both in one with rowing? And best of all you get to enjoy the bustling city from a safe distance on the calm waterways of Seattle.
