Whether you last rowed a year ago or decades ago, we invite you to get back on the water with Lake Washington Rowing Club in May. In partnership with USRowing, rowing organizations across the country are hosting Return to Row days throughout the month of May. These events are open to former rowers of any experience level and from any program or background in the sport. Members, alumni, and friends of LWRC are invited to join us on Saturday, March 14th, from 5-7:30 AM in the LWRC gym to celebrate spring and the launch of the LWRC Financial Assistance Support Team (FAST), a new initiative designed to ensure financial hardship does not prevent our current members from continuing to row. It will be an evening of fun and festivities, with food, games, raffle prizes, and a silent auction. The event is free, but please RSVP if you plan to attend.
