The Spring 2021 Issue of Making Waves, the LWRC Quarterly, is available for viewing online. This issue includes a feature article on the 1963 PanAm games in Brazil. The exciting article was written by a member of the gold medal winning crew. Marcie Sillman contributed an article on LWRC Co-Captains Megan Northey and Kelly Johnson. Suze Woolf penned an inspirational article on building community on the water with Canadian indigenous peoples. Tom Kreyke wrote about the common roots of seaplanes and rowing shells in the Seattle area. Included are lots of great photos and news from the LWRC board.
