Last week was the first of two pyramid based workouts. This week is a mix of pyramids followed by two series of hard stroke pieces. The workout totals approximately 390 hard strokes total
Pyramid by One: 1 to....15...to 1. Increase strokes by one. Start 1 ON 1 OFF, 2 ON 2 OFF, 3 ON 3 OFF...to 15 and back down again. Start at low rate, increase as you get to 15, then decrease on way back down to 1. This will take around 3K to complete. 225 strokes total.
2 X 60 strokes: Break into 3 - 20 stroke pieces. Build rate each 20.
3 X 15 strokes: 5 stroke racing start + high 10.
